Edging slit to your requirements
It is impossible to have every width in every thickness in every decor, to suit every bespoke width requirement. We solve this problem by producing our thin PVC and ABS material up to 1mm in bulk rolls that can be slit to bespoke widths between 14mm – 275mm in small quantities quickly where required. This allows us to complement our stocked widths to suit all our customers needs with quick deliveries.
Our thick 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm PVC and ABS material can also be produced in bulk and slit to different widths at the mill in larger quantities or extruded to many widths to suit most requirements in small quantities.
Our melamine material is again produced in bulk and slit down at the mill to the required widths. They hold in bulk until required to allow flexibility in widths. Bespoke widths can be achieved by slitting the whole roll to the desired width for large quantities, a split head for more than one bespoke width or as a log saw for small quantities.
We can provide veneer with short lead times in a variety of widths to further complement our already large range of widths held in stock.
