For pre-glued edging Warwick Edging applies a high-quality adhesive to the back of our edgings as part of a pre-gluing service. Usually required in melamine or thin veneer we can pre-glue in house any of our edgebandings including PVC and ABS up to 1mm thick and 110m wide. For materials over 1mm thick we are able to arrange to have these pre-glued at the mill.
We hold many melamine decors, and several species of veneer, both in a variety of widths pre-glued in stock available for quick delivery. Any others are glued to order, usually despatched the same day.
Our pre-glued edgebanding can either be applied with hot air edgebanders or simply with a hot iron. It is often used on site, if fitters have to make adjustments, or on small awkward or shaped work that a larger edgebander cannot do.
