Products / Edging / Veneer - Real Wood Edging
Warwick Edging stocks only real wood veneers and can supply from stock all popular wood species in thicknesses of 0.6mm to 3mm and in a variety of widths from 19mm to 150mm wide all in continuous rolls. We can also source specialist veneers and more exotic woods on request; our mill is able to produce over 50 species of real wood veneer and is able to produce many specialist veneer edgebandings - for example Gold Grade with over 3.5m between finger joints.
All our standard veneer edgebanding is surface sanded, and finger jointed using the latest technology that is virtually invisible. Or thin veneers are all fleece-backed for extra support and to guarantee a great bond to the board. This can also be colour-matched to the wood species. Our thick multi-layered veneers are surface-sanded as well as sanded on the back and then primed to ensure a good bond even on species with large pores like oak and walnut. All our stock species are through-and-through using the same species of wood throughout.
